It’s probably a little weird to publish a variation of a negroni without actually publishing the official negroni recipe. But that’s how I do. The original negroni has equal parts gin, Campari and sweet vermouth, stirred and garnished with an orange twist. This one came across my feed and I was intrigued. Apparently it’s from a bar in Paris. This variation adds some dry vermouth and I decided at add a bit more gin. Also, they finish this cocktail off with a grapefruit twist.

Ingredients for The Tunnel Negroni
- 1.5 oz. gin, we like Bombay Sapphire
- 1 oz. dry vermouth
- 2/3 oz. Campari
- 1/3 oz. sweet vermouth
- Grapefruit coin (or just twist) for garnish
How to make The Tunnel Negroni
- Add gin, dry vermouth, campari and sweet vermouth in a mixing glass with ice. Stir until chilled
- Strain into a chilled coupe or Nick and Nora glass and garnish with grapefruit coin.
- Enjoy!
